Shipping Policy

If the item(s) is in stock the typical delivery lead-time is 3-5 working days. If you need it sooner, we can arrange a next day or express delivery, but there is an extra charge for this service. You will receive a tracking reference as soon as the item is dispatched. We use TNT and UPS as our partners.

We will group your products together as much as we can, but if it’s more cost effective to split deliveries we will.

All Deliveries are FREE. The price of delivery has been included in the price shown on the website. There is no extra cost.

Due to the new Brexit customs agreement we are not currently able to deliver to Ireland or Europe. We are working to allow these orders and will extend our shipping territories as soon as possible. Many thanks for your patience.

Any failed delivery that is returned to our warehouse will either be subject to charge for a second delivery, or any refund will be given minus any costs incurred.
