I have placed my order, what next?
  • We use TNT and DHL for our deliveries.
  • TNT for our desks and DHL for our Office Chairs.
  • As soon as we receive your order, we start prepping the order for dispatch. You will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email as soon as the courier collects the order, so that you can follow its progress. On average your order will arrive between 1-3 days after your order is placed.

Can I place bulk order?
  • Yes. We have supplied a wide range of customers who have purchased desks and chairs by the hundreds. Please email sales@tollo.co.uk and our team will gladly assist you.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Please email sales@tollo.co.uk if you need to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Please note we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed for dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
  • No. We currently only ship within the UK.

Do you deliver to Europe/Ireland (ROI)?
  • Due to the new Brexit customs agreement delivery to Europe and Republic of Ireland is currently suspended. We are working to allow orders again and as soon as it is possible we will extend our shipping territories.

Do you offer free returns?
  • The price of our products doesn’t allow for free returns. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. We advise that a secure/tracked service is used to ensure all returned items arrive back to us, within 28 days of receiving the product, in a resalable condition. Once we receive your returned order we will inspect all goods and any refunds will be processed within 14 days. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging.
  • Tollo reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.

Faulty or damaged or lost items
  • Please ensure you check all goods upon delivery as any fault or damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item. If a repair or replacement cannot be provided then please return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it, and we won’t charge you for the return.
  • For any lost items, we must be notified of this within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch email.
